Stephen Wisker is a theatre director originally from London, England where he taught and directed widely.
He specializes in Shakespeare and Clowning but has a deep interest in comedy more generally and a passion
for musicals, new-writing and politics

It was working on a new play that more or less directly lead him to first come to New York when he directed two plays on Broadway in the "Brave New World Festival", New York Theater responds to 9/11 in September 2002.
A life-changing experience in many ways he determined to try life in a new city. Since then he has worked extensively in New York including a year teaching Shakespeare and directing at Atlantic Acting School / NYU Tisch.
He now lives with his wife and two dogs in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
